特酿级的比利时啤酒在比利时当地不过占啤酒生产总量3成,大多是由一些规模不大、坚持传统古法的老酒厂小量酿制,僧多粥少的情况,使得这些风味特殊的啤酒不可能无限量供应,识货酒客对于特酿级比利时啤酒,绝对不会用牛饮的方式来对待它,只有细心的品尝才可能体会到啤酒泡沫内藏的艺术酵母。


Brugse Blond: 6%

Brugse Tripel: 9 %

An amber-blond beer, refermented in the bottle, it offers a nice, compact, creamy coloured head and a cloudy body. The fruit nose is accompanied by points of caramel and malt. The approach is a little piquant, powerful even, in the mouth. Joining it are roasting flavours, a taste of honey and a prolonged bitterness.


Bieken


Bush: 10,5 %

Bush is a golden Blond that presents a significant effervescence. The head is abundant and long lasting. It offers a fruity and malty nose. In the mouth it is round, well balanced, lets through notes of apple and liquorice and a complex array of herbaceous aromas. A highlight is the nice prolonged and balanced bitterness following in the finish.

Cuvee des Trolls: 7 %

Last born of the Brasserie Dubuisson, it develops an abundant head that holds well and an average release of gasses. It offers a pronounced nose of malt, deepened by aromas of hops and yeast. Round and full, it releases its true power in the mouth where one finds the same aromas as in the nose.To finish it leaves a long and pronounced bitterness.


Charles Quint: 9 %

This is a dark brown beer, made using top fermentation, lightly fruity, soft and sweet. Its foam is abundant and holds well and it presents an abundant head. In the nose there is, above all else, malt, accompanied by notes of port. In the mouth it is acidic but presents a pleasant, prolonged, balanced bitterness. There are also notable traces of roasting, liquorice and a pronounced mocha flavour.


Ciney Blonde: 7%

Ciney Blonde is resplendent thanks to its beautiful golden blond colour. It gives only a light release of gasses but develops a good head, abundant and tenacious. In its characteristic glass, a nose of barley and fresh hops is uncovered. A little piquant in the mouth, it delivers powerful malt, underlined by flavors of hops, caramel and a light roasting taste. In its finish, it reveals a balanced and prolonged bitterness.

Ciney Brune: 7%

Ciney Brune has red highlights, an abundant and tenacious head and an average release of gasses. To the nose, it is fairly soft and reveals a light roasting accompanied by aromas of malt and liquorice. In the mouth, it is soft, sweet, round, presents a light roasting flavour and a balanced bitterness with notes of banana.

Ciney Speciale: 9 %

Ciney Speciale reveals a strong brown body and a significant release of gasses under a beautiful creamy head that holds well. Its nose is distinguished by fruit and roasting aromas. I the mouth, it is piquant, full and round. Roasting flavors reappear, to which are added flavours of banana, mocha and liquorice.


Delirium Tremens: 9 %

Conceived with three different yeasts, it presents a beautiful colour, blond and coppery, as well as a compact and abundant head. The release of gasses is weak. It has a note of wheat and barley with traces of coriander and oranges. Delirium approaches the palate well and is slightly piquant. Full and round in the mouth, it is also spicy and has a pleasant bitterness.

Delirium Nocturnum: 9 %

A beer with a dark brown colour, topped with a light brown head, both firm and persistent.It develops aromas of caramel, mocha and chocolate as well as liquorice. In the mouth it develops a certain softness but also power. Its bitterness becomes more and more pronounced throughout, and in proportion to, it's drinking.


Duvel: 8,5 %

A blond beer with a beautiful gold light, Duvel is re-fermented in the bottle. It is characterized by a white head, compact and tenacious, and aromas of barley and hops. In the mouth, it is round and dry, a little piquant with a prolonged and balanced bitterness. There is a hint of orange zest, pear and green apple.


Gordon Scotch Ale


Hoegaarden Grand Cru: 8,7 %

A cloudy beer brewed without wheat. Hoegaarden Grand Cru offers its nose of barley and yeast through a white, short lived head. The releases of gasses is weak. Full in the mouth, it delivers a pleasant taste of hops, presupposing a long bitterness, a lightly sweet fruitiness and a powerful aroma that recalls peaches.


Fruit Defendu: 9%

Fruit Defendu spreads its shadowy red colour under a fine head, white and compact. In the nose, one senses principally aromas of spiced hops. It's flavour, perfectly balanced between sweet and dry, reveals a roundness due to coriander and a grand aromatic complexity (coffee, apricot, almond, apple...). It leaves with a dry and bitter finish.


Julius: 8,8 %

Made using three types of hops, this "old gold" blond beer, with the veiled body, has a soft approach, a fruity bouquet and a dry after-taste. It develops a beautiful compact head that holds well. There is an average release of gasses, a fruity nose, with wafts of barley and wheat. In the mouth there is a taste of caramel, roasted malt and a nice persistent bitterness, completed by a touch of spice and a complex aroma.


Judas


Kasteel Bier Donker: 11%

A dark brown beer, it is topped with a cream coloured head, abundant and short lived. It has an average release of gasses. To the nose, it parents aromas of barley and a real sweetness. In the mouth, it is round and full, slightly piquant and developing notes of roasting, mocha, liquorice and banana, while revealing a pleasant, prolonged bitterness.


Kwak : 8%

Kwak offers a beautiful coppery colour as well as a white head, abundant and persistent. It presents a substancial release of gasses. A little piquant in the mouth, of brings up flavours of caramel, roasted malt and a light bitterness.


Triple Karmeliet: 8 %

The Triple Karmeliet is characterized by a golden colour, slightly orange, a white, creamy and abundant head with aromas of vanilla and orange, wheat and citrus. In the'nose, one discerns citrus fruit and coriander. In the mouth, the approach is soft, and the aromas complex, dominated by fruity flavours.

Nostradamus Caracole: 7,2 %

Caracole Ambree presents a hearty release of gasses and a compact head that holds well. To the nose, it offers aromas of hops and a few marine note. It is slightly piquant in the mouth: one senses hops, a light roasting and a pleasant, balanced and prolonged bitterness. It is also market by points of orange blossom, mocha and liquorice.


Speciale Palm: 5,1 %

Palm develops an abundant head that holds well. It has a significant release of gasses. It offers a nice strong bitterness. It leaves a finish that is round, with nuances of oranges and wheat.


Satan Gold: 8%

Re-fermented in the bottle, Satan Gold presents a pleasant coppery blond colour and an abundant release of gasses. It develops a nice white head that holds well. In the nose, there is principally barley and wheat. Round and full in the mouth, it reveals well presented flavours of hops, herby notes as well as a pronounced, well balanced bitterness.

Satan Red: 8 %

The amber Satan develops a compact and tenacious head, accompanied by a significant release of gasses. It reveals in its nose a complex of fruit and acidity, strengthened by aromas of barley and wheat. In the mouth, it is a little piquant, barley and wheat being very present. One also senses a light roasting and a weak bitterness that is fairly short.
